Muse Studio operates a premium Telegram Channel that offers subscribers access to a range of exclusive video production content and tutorials. By subscribing to our Telegram Channel, you agree to adhere to the rules and policies outlined in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documents available on our website at http://muse-studio.uk.

By using our platform, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

1. modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on our websites;
2. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials and software on our websites;
3. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;
4. knowingly or negligently use our websites or any of their associated services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service Muse Studio provides;

The intellectual property in the materials contained on our Telegram Channel and in this website are owned by or licensed to Muse Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by Muse Studio at any time.

In order to use our services you need to create or have an existing Telegram Messenger account. Any information provided needs to be accurate and updated if necessary. Customers are liable for maintaining their accounts and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts.

Please note that any subscription purchases made on our platform will be processed by Stripe, as such, we will not be responsible for processing or retaining any of your financial information. Stripe will handle all of your financial information per their respective Terms of Service, and you agree to comply with such Terms of Service.

Muse Studio provides digital services and access to its Telegram Channel through a subscription model. By subscribing, you gain membership to the channel until your membership expires. As a subscriber, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at musestudiouk@proton.me or follow the cancellation instructions provided in the Subscription Bot on Telegram.

Please note that subscription charges paid or any payments made are non-refundable. The nature of our digital services and access to our Telegram Channel is considered intangible and non-returnable. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions once you have been granted access to our channel. Clients can also donate to the channel. Please note that donations do not grant any benefit, membership, or subscription and are non-refundable. Transaction currency for all subscriptions and donations is United States Dollar.

In the event that you violate our Terms of Service or any other policy governing the use of Muse Studio's services, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Telegram Channel without notice or refund. We also reserve the right to terminate your access for any reason at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by the hereby Terms of Service.
